29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye and face equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: a) At 5312 Harbor Rd, Bradenton, Florida: On or about July 30, 2024, the employer exposed tree removal employees to facial laceration and eye injury, in that, employees were not required to wear eye and face protection while operating chain and pole saws.
