29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about July 18, 2024, at the job-site located at 5483 Angelonia Terrace Land O'Lakes, Florida; sub-contracted employees were exposed to a 10 to 15-foot fall hazard while installing roof shingles on the 5 in 12 pitched (vertical to horizontal) roof, in that, fall protection was not used. The Turnkey Roofing of Florida, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1732909, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/10/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 365 University Boulevard North, Jacksonville Florida 32211. The Turnkey Roofing of Florida, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1712684, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/30/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 9484 Balsam Fir Court, Jacksonville, Florida 32208. Turnkey Roofing of Florida, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1654844, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/25/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 6646 Heidi Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32277.
