29 CFR 1926.960(c)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that no employee approaches or takes any conductive object closer to exposed energized parts than the employer's established minimum approach distance, unless the measures outlined in 1926.960(c)(1)(iii)(A) - (C) were met: On or about July 16, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employees were performing reconduct work within the minimum approach distance on 14,400 volt power lines without insulating the energized parts.
