29 CFR 1910.38(a): The employer did not establish a written emergency evacuation plan for employees expected to evacuate in the event of a fire or other emergency. a) For the Dover Mexican Market located at 3223 Sydney Dover Rd., Dover, FL 33527, on or about 07/14/2024, the employer exposed employees to fire/burn hazards, in that, employees were required to evacuate the building in event of fire and there was no emergency evacuation plan in place.
