29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) On or about July 10, 2024, the employer did not develop and utilize adequate procedures to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine where the unexpected energizing, start up or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment would be isolated from the energy source, and rendered inoperative, including but not limited to the following equipment. This condition exposed employees to struck-by and crushed-by hazards. (1) Fanuc Robot R-2000iC/210F, Serial No. F219901, located on the 5-Gallon Production Line (2) Fanuc Robot M-410iB/140H, Serial No. F273598, located on the PET Production Line
