29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). On or about July 1, 2024, and at times prior thereto, a hazard assessment was not performed for Ultra-High-Pressure (UHP) technicians to determine what hazards those employees may be exposed to and what PPE would be required for their work activities.
