29 CFR 1910.138(a): The employer did not select and require employees to use appropriate hand protection when employees hands were exposed to hazardous condition(s): (a) On or about June 30, 2024, at 19 South Pointe Drive, Dania Beach, Florida, an employee was exposed to chemical burns while handling "SODA ASH" in the process of making noodles' dough without wearing protective gloves. (b) On or about July 1, 2024, at 19 South Pointe Drive, Dania Beach, Florida, an employee was exposed to chemical burns while cleaning the cutting table and freezer floor with "ALL PURPOSE CLEANER" without wearing protective gloves.
