29 CFR 1910.184(c)(1): Sling(s) that were damaged or defective were used. On or about June 28, 2024, on the east side of the building, employee(s) were exposed to struck-by hazard when a steel chain sling with Campbell clevis hook attachment that was missing its safety latch was used to hoist and move steel materials weighing more than 800 pounds.
