29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation. On or about June 20, 2024, B.E.T. Trucking, Inc. DBA The Sagamore Companies located at 2001 Barlow Rd. Hudson, OH 44236, did not ensure that drivers and maintenance tasked with conducting service and/or maintenance activities on the Cementech C60 Series received the benefits of authorized employee training. These activities include but not limited to cleaning, unjamming, maintaining and/or servicing the equipment.
