29 CFR 1926.350(a)(9): Compressed gas cylinders were not secured in an upright position at all times: Note: This paragraph does not apply to short periods of time while cylinders are being hoisted or carried. (a) 4298 Scenic Heights Road Conex storage box. On or about June 27, 2024, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that seven (7) 143lbs oxygen cylinders were not secured in a position that would prevent them from tipping over.
