29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) V.O. Enterprises LTD. On or about June 26, 2024 at the address of 2045 Lakota Dr. Findlay OH 48540: The employer failed to instruct employees in the recognition and avoidance of hazards commonly seen in the construction industry and specifically the employees' line of work. Due to this condition, employee(s) performing steel erection work activities were unable to effectively identify and avoid falls and struck-by hazards.
