At the temporary jobsite located at northbound US-69 Highway and US-54 Highway, Fort Scott, Kansas, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards. The employer did not ensure that the National 500E2 Crane (serial # 294552) that employees were using to move material was not operated in excess of its rated capacity.
