29 CFR 1910.134 (c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: On or about June 12, 2024, at Continental Coatings in Houston, TX, employees were allowed to wear 3M KN9041 respirators while blending and adding high solids polyurethane (hi-sol) without developing a respirator program, fit test and without being provided respiratory training. Employees were allowed to wear 3M KN9041 respirators when using high solid polyurethane (hi-sol) without being medically evaluated, without being fit tested and without being provided respiratory training.
