29 CFR 1910.28(b)(15): Except as provided elsewhere in this section or by other subparts of this part, the employer did not ensure each employee on a walking-working surface 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling: a) Compressor Assembly Building / Compressor Test Area - Employees were exposed to fall hazards into an approximate 5-foot deep water tank, on or about June 11, 2024. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
