29 CFR 1926.28(a): Appropriate personal protective equipment was not worn by employee(s) in all operations where there was exposure to hazardous conditions: 122 Boston Post Road Waterford, CT. On or about June 7, 2024 employees were not wearing appropriate personal protective equipment under the following conditions while conducting framing activities: a) No head protection worn by employees working on the ground level and exposed to falling object hazards from those working on the roof above them. b) No eye protection worn by employees exposed to flying object hazards from the use of using pneumatic nailers, hammers, and cordless electric drill/ drivers.
