29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7): Scaffolds were not erected, moved, dismantled, or altered, by trained and experienced employees under the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, dismantling or alteration: a) On or about 06/05/24, at 38-29 30th Street. Long Island City, NY south side of the property. Employees erected a fabricated frame scaffold without the supervision and direction of a competent person. The scaffold was erected without an access ladder or guard rail systems.
