29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1): The employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces were permit-required confined spaces: On June 3, 2024, at the job site located at 913 N Odell Ave, Marshall, Missouri 65340, employees were exposed to engulfment hazards. The employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine if there were any permit required confined spaces inside of trailers. Employees were working inside of a fully loaded trailer hopper to free hung up (stuck) blood meal during the offloading process.
