29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(1):Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of hydrogen sulfide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the ceiling concentration of 20 ppm: a) At 1827 Peterson Ave Douglas, GA 31533: On or about June 29, 2024, the employer exposed employees to inhalation hazards, in that airborne concentrations of Hydrogen Sulfide reached a ceiling concentration of 100 ppm in the receiving area.
