29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing materials was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: On or about 05/23/2024, employees were exposed to caught-in-between hazards while working at the manufacturing facility located at 1642 Manufactures Drive in Fenton, MO. Employees were bending sheet metal using an unguarded Auto Brake 2000 which was not equipped with a special hand tool to prevent an employee's hands from coming into the danger zone.
