29 CFR 1910.178(m)(7): Brakes were not set and/or wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading and unloading: a) On or about 5/14/2024; at the loading dock, the employer did not ensure a semi-trailer truck backed into a dock, nearest to building's front entrance, used wheel blocks while forklift truck operators were loading merchandise boxes into its trailer. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
