29 CFR 1910.23(b)(10): The employer did not ensure that any ladder with structural or other defects was immediately tagged "Dangerous: Do Not Use" or with similar language in accordance with � 1910.145 and removed from service until repaired in accordance with � 1910.22(d), or replaced. a) Ammo International, Inc.- Warehouse area: Employees were exposed to injuries while using damaged handmade wooden ladders with damaged rungs and visible protruding sharp objects including but not limited to nails, screws, and splinters, the wooden ladder with a damaged rung was not tagged "Dangerous: Do Not Use". Occurred on or about 5/15/2024.
