29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a) On or About May 28, 2024, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that throughout the warehouse employees were permitted to walk and perform their daily work duties within the vicinity of materials stored in tiers, above 25 feet in height, that were not stacked evenly in a straight vertical, stable and secure manner to prevent tipping, falling and collapse onto employees.
