29 CFR 1926.351(b)(4): Welding cable(s) in use were in need of repair: a) Jobsite located at or near 6523 Lansdowne Ave, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania- On or about May 8, 2024, the employer did not ensure welding cables that were in need of repair were not used by employees and removed from service. Employees used welding cables with numerous visible defects including cuts in the insulation and exposed wires, thereby exposing employees to electrical hazards.
