29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Role Models of Construction, LLC. -91 Crowell Ave., Staten Island NY 10314 - Employees were working from the structure without any type of fall protection system to prevent them from falling to lower levels. This condition exposed the employees to falls of about 20' above ground. The Role Models of Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1231184, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08-29-2017, with respect to a workplace located at 136 Bucknell Ave., WOODBRIDGE, NJ, 07095
