29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about May 1, 2024, at a job site located at 828 Kohlwey Dr, Grafton, WI 53024, employees conducted roofing work on an existing residential property with an 8:12 pitch roof, were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet on the main roof of the property, and 11 feet from the garage roof to the ground below. The WI Bilt-Well Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1564274, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 6/14/2023, with respect to a workplace located at N90 W27869 S. Red Fox Run, Lisbon, WI 53089. The WI Bilt-Well Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1673689, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/16/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 896 Kohlwey Dr, Grafton, WI 53024 .
