29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: On or about April 26, 2024, during the loading/unloading and material handling process while utilizing a powered industrial vehicle (1968 Caterpillar b20 forklift loader) at the work location at 8913 State St, Kinsman Ohio 44428, the employer did not ensure the driver/operator looked in the direction of travel and kept a clear view of the path of travel.
