29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii)(b)(2):The quantity of Category 2, 3 or 4 flammable liquid located outside of an inside storage room or storage cabinet in a building or in any one fire area of a building exceeded 120 gallons: The employer is exposing employees to fire and explosion hazards. This was most recently documented on April 24, 2024, at 84504 North State Highway 11, Burwell, Nebraska. Below the storage rack in the paint shed, the following but not limited to flammable liquids were observed being stored outside of a flammable storage area. (a) - 4 barrels of 'Rowse Red Red' paint with 189.25 Liters or approximately 50 gallons inside totaling about 200 gallons (b) - 15 containers of 'Urethane Hardener' with 18.95 Liters or approximately 5 gallons inside totaling about 75 gallons
