29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. (a) On or about April 25, 2024, at the jobsite located at W193 N4914 Tea Tree Dr., Menomonee Falls, WI, employees were installing roof sheathing with pneumatic nail guns without the use of eye protection. The JC Siding LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1643732, citation number 1, item number 2 b, and was affirmed as a final order on 3/24/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1825 Yorkville Meadows, Union Grove, WI 53182.
