29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(12): Ladders were used where the employee or the ladder could contact exposed energized electrical equipment did not have nonconductive siderails. On or about April 23, 2024, on the northeast corner of a residential building, an employee performing gutter installation work used a ladder with nonconductive siderails positioned next to energized electrical powerlines.
