29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l).(Construction Reference: 1926.602(d)) (a) On or about April 17, 2024, employees conducting framing work at 1525-1527 Lookout Court, in Hartland, Wisconsin, the employer failed to ensure that an employee tasked with operating an all-terrain powered industrial vehicle (JLG Telehandler 10054) had received the required training therefore exposing employees to fall and struck-by hazards.
