1910.272(e)(1)(ii) Specific procedures and safety practices applicable to their job tasks including but not limited to, cleaning procedures for grinding equipment, clearing procedures for choked legs, housekeeping procedures, hot work procedures, preventive maintenance procedures and lock-out/tag-out procedures. On April 12, 2024, at a worksite operated by Archer Daniels Midland Company located at 7800 Thayer Street, Lincoln, Nebraska was exposed to engulfment hazards in that the employer had inadequately trained employee(s) and failed to establish a specific procedure for cleaning out residual (rodding) grain in the east tunnel to prevent an injury.
