29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3):Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: A) South side of gangsaw located at 712 Uvalda Hwy in Hazlehurst, GA: on or about April 16, 2024, and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to a caught-in hazard, in that the in-running nip points of the chain and sprocket drives on the outfeed and other pieces of equipment were not guarded.
