29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1):Employee(s) were permitted to work in proximity to an electric power circuit that the employee could contact in the course of work and was not protected against electric shock by de-energizing the circuit and grounding it or by guarding it effectively by insulation or other means: a. 22 Beacon Avenue , Jersey, NJ 07109 The employer allowed employees to work in close proximity to an energized, unguarded 120-volt electrical line from the street transformer pole that passed through the residential building under construction, exposing them to electrical hazards.
