29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) On or about April 4, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, conductors of the SO cable providing 480-volt 30-amp 3 phase power to electrical equipment in use by employees, were not connected so that strain relief was provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws, thereby employees to electrical hazards.
