29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(viii): Electric equipment was not free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees related to interior equipment wiring exposed without conduit protection against the environment: On or about April 3, 2024, it was documented that employees engaged in maintenance activities in the shipping department of Greater Omaha Packing Company, Inc. located at 3001 L Street, Omaha, Nebraska, were exposed to shock and electrocution hazards in that the employer did not ensure exposed interior equipment wiring on the Pallet Inverter operator's panel were guarded with conduit from inadvertent contact.
