29 CFR 1910.219(h)(1): Projecting keys, setscrews, or other projections in revolving parts were not removed, made flush, or guarded by metal covers: (a)Agtegra Cooperative at 13345 341st Avenue, Roscoe, SD 57471: On or about and at times prior to March 28, 2024, the employer did not ensure spinning drive mechanisms with projecting bolt heads on the C-3 Drag Conveyor motor DC-1100 was effectively guarded. This condition exposed employees to caught-in hazards associated with the unguarded drive mechanism. (b)Agtegra Cooperative at 13345 341st Avenue, Roscoe, SD 57471: On or about and at times prior to March 28, 2024, the employer did not ensure spinning drive mechanisms with a projecting keyway and projecting set screw head on the C-6 Dry Grain Fill Conveyor #2 was effectively guarded. This condition exposed employees to caught-in hazards associated with the unguarded drive mechanism. (c)Agtegra Cooperative at 13345 341st Avenue, Roscoe, SD 57471: On or about and at times prior to March 28, 2024, the employer did not ensure spinning drive mechanisms with projecting bolt heads on the C-1 Drag Conveyor motor DC-4055 was effectively guarded. This condition exposed employees to caught-in hazards associated with the unguarded drive mechanism. (d)Agtegra Cooperative at 13345 341st Avenue, Roscoe, SD 57471: On or about and at times prior to March 28, 2024, the employer did not ensure spinning drive mechanisms with projecting bolt heads on the C-1 Drag Conveyor motor DC-4040 was effectively guarded. This condition exposed employees to caught-in hazards associated with the unguarded drive mechanism.
