29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about March 28, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to falls of approximately nineteen (19') feet or more while working on the top plate of a two-story residential home under construction without fall protection or fall protection measures. Salvador Garcia Ramirez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1484789, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on August 8, 2020 with a final abatement date of August 25, 2020 with respect to a workplace located at 2007 Rockview Drive, Granbury, TX 76049.
