29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. a) HPK Area, feather pushing: On or about March 28, 2024, an employee pushing feathers was exposed to fire hazards due to the only available exit access from the work area being reduce by machinery to less than 18 inches wide. b) Further Processing: On or about March 28, 2024, employees working in and around the machinery lines were exposed to fire hazards due to the aisleways being reduced to twenty-four (24) inches or less. Abatement certification required.
