29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Location: 5 Tuxedo Lane, Congers, NY a) On or about March 13, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards up to 25 feet while conducting roof work without being protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. SST Construction Home Improvement Corp. (formerly JJS Construction & Carpenter Corp) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1658207, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/04/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 164 E Eckerson Rd, Nanuet, NY 10977. SST Construction Home Improvement Corp. (formerly JJS Construction & Carpenter Corp) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1575293, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/03/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 164 Phelps Ave, CRESSKILL, NJ 07626.
