29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the following: a) On or about March 22, 2024, the employer did not fully developed and implemented a written hazard communication program for employees exposed to chemicals such as, but not limited to, polypropylene copolymer (combustible dust, lung irritation), in that the program was not completely filled out to include all the required information. Greenfield Precision Plastics LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1643532, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on February 21, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 175 Industrial Park Drive, GREENFIELD, OH 45123.
