29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) On or about March 21, 2024 , the employer did not ensure that an exit route in the Custom Building was free and unobstructed. The exit door was blocked by wood debris and was blocked off from use. Employees were exposed to slip, trip, fall, and burn hazards if building evacuation was required. (b) On or about March 21, 2024 , the employer did not ensure that an exit route in the Molder Building was free and unobstructed. The exit door was blocked by wood piles and was blocked off from use. Employees were exposed to slip, trip, fall, and burn hazards if building evacuation was required. (c)On or about March 21, 2024 , the employer did not ensure that an exit route in the Rails Building was free and unobstructed. The exit door was blocked by wood debris and was blocked off from use. Employees were exposed to slip, trip, fall, and burn hazards if building evacuation was required. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
