29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring which passed through doorways or other pinch points: a. 823- 825 South 18th St, Newark NJ The employer did not provide protection from damage to an extension cord that passed through a window with the sash lowered onto the cord. The employees used the extension cord to power tools for the residential building under construction. Violation observed on 03/20/24
