29 CFR 1910.107(b)(1): The spray booth�was not�substantially constructed�of steel,�securely and�rigidly supported,�or of�concrete or�masonry. (a) Facility at 310 Bourne Avenue (building 50) in Rumford, RI: On or about March 13, 2024, employees were exposed to explosion and fire hazards while spraying resin (8040 MVP with a flashpoint of 89 degrees F) in a paint booth that consisted of a pop-up canopy, with a polyester top, and sheets of plastic for the walls.
