29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: a) Ferraro Fine Foods Corp., 1301 Broad Street, Utica, NY - Old Building Side. On or about March 13, 2024, workers are exposed to struck-by hazards from falling loads, product, and/or equipment when required to operate power industrial trucks during material handling operations through protruding and bent flooring sections. b) Ferraro Fine Foods Corp., 1301 Broad Street, Utica, NY - Old Building Side. On or about March 13, 2024, workers are exposed to trip and fall hazards as the metal flooring is not maintained and is damaged with protruding and bent sections.
