29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) a) On or about March 5, 2024, at Plantation Beach Club at South Sea Island Resort, located at 5400 Plantation Road, Captiva, FL, at or near Plantation Beach Club buildings 1009 - 1026: the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet from supported scaffolds in that working platforms were not fully planked.
