29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a. Building 675; Line 2: On or about March 4, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical burn hazards, in that the employer did not provide and maintain emergency means for flushing the eyes and body where employees package corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, "AXIALL, LLC" calcium hypochlorite granular and "Inovative Water Care, LLC" (Sigura) calcium hypochlorite granular. b. Building 655; Line 10: On or about March 4, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical burn hazards, in that the employer did not provide and maintain emergency means for flushing the eyes and body where employees package corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, "King Technology, Inc."
