29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use: (a) Hothead Grabba LLC. located at 234 Chestnut Street, Brooklyn, NY 11208 Employees were required to wear 3M N95 8210 series particulate respirators by their employer while handling the tobacco leaves. The employer did not develop or implement a written respiratory protection program. Condition observed on or about March 4, 2024 NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19
