29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill. On or about February 28, 2024, employees engaged in residential construction were exposed to falls greater than 6-feet due to inadequacies in fall protection training. JCM Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1631936, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on (February 28, 2023), with respect to a workplace located at 805 Durham Horizon City, TX 79928. JCM Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1648085, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on (March 24, 2023), with respect to a workplace located at 2398 Enchanted Crown Ln El Paso, TX 79911.
