Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b): a) Jobsite located at 260 Powell Rd, Springfield, PA 19064 - The employer did not ensure employees conducting roofing operations from the roof of a two story residential building, approximately 12 feet above the ground level, were protected from falls by the use of a fall protection system. Condition was observed on or about February 29, 2024. CH Home Remodeling LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1682451, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 02-06-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 260 Powell Rd, Springfield, PA. CH Home Remodeling LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1451414, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/27/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 70 S. Main Street, Yardley, PA 19067.
