29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1):Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c). On or about February 22, 2024, employees were working in a trench that did not have a a protection system in place. DL Glover, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of the Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1650216, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/28/2023 with respect to a workplace located near 17308 Farm To Market Rd 1488 (30.220664, -95.729701) Magnolia, TX 77354.
